Ms. Vernon has seven years of experience in the field of energy efficiency program evaluation, with an additional five years of experience in residential construction. She has conducted evaluation of energy savings, demand savings, free ridership, and customer satisfaction metrics for a wide range of residential programs including lighting, new construction, residential retrofit, upstream appliances, and consumer electronics.
Ms. Vernon has managed energy efficiency program portfolios for multiple utilities across the United States. She has led large data collection and analysis efforts to produce verified energy impacts for market saturation studies. Ms. Vernon’s Economics degree from the University of Nevada, as well as her project management experience, has provided a foundation for her to oversee a variety of program types and efficiently produce transparent and reliable results.
