We developed the Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO) 2019-2021 energy efficiency and demand response portfolio plan. Our team relied on primary data from seven years of program evaluation activities, in-depth interviews and dialog with program staff, implementation staff and stakeholders. The planning effort utilized program design knowledge gained from collaboration with utilities across the county. The design team identified potential electrification measures and utilized newly available advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) data to increase the behavioral measure program contribution. Our team developed baseline assumptions through referencing shelving studies, survey data, and literature review.
