Dr. Offenstein has over five years of experience in leading and performing process evaluations, net impact evaluations, and evaluations of behavioral efficiency program impacts.
Through this work, he has designed surveys and interview guides, overseen data collection efforts, and provided guidance on research activities and analysis. He has developed evaluation findings that provide data-based insights into program processes, defensible results, and actionable recommendations. Dr. Offenstein has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the City University of New York and a M.A. in Psychology with Concentration in Program Evaluation and Organizational Behavior from the Claremont Graduate University.
