Arkansas Energy Office

Process Evaluation

The Arkansas Energy Office offers the Energy Efficiency Arkansas educational program to Arkansas residents. The program provides energy efficiency tip sheets and guide books, manages a website that provides energy efficiency information and information on utility rebate programs, and provides training to develop a labor force skilled in identifying and making energy efficiency improvements and providing services through the utility rebate programs. For the process evaluation of this program, we completed surveys of program training participants, interviews of program staff, a general population survey of Arkansas residents, and reviewed program materials and documentation. The evaluation focused on an assessment of program design, administration, and implementation delivery.
