Mr. Hicks is an analyst with six years of experience in energy program evaluation, project management, impact and process evaluation, program and portfolio level reporting, and statistical analysis. He has experience at all levels of measurement and verification evaluations of energy efficiency programs inclduing sampling, M&V generation, on-site verificaitons, monitoring, analysis, and reporting. Mr. Hicks started conducting evaluation efforts and estimating gross savings impacts of commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs for FirstEnergy Pennsylvania in program year four, and has been managing the program from program year eight to the current program year ten. The commercial and industrial programs Mr. Hicks manages includes the large commercial and industrial, small commercial and industrial, governmental, and appliance recycling programs. Additionally, Mr. Hicks has supported numerous commercial and industrial impact evaluations for various clients including Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD), Oklahoma Gas & Electric (OG&E), and NV Energy. Mr. Hicks received his B.A. in Environmental Studies from California State University, Sacramento.
