ADM is seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk responsible for data entry, assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, and for general accounting and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- General accounting and administrative support
- Accounts payable support
- Accounts receivable support
- Assist with general ledger account reconciliation and month-end closing
- Perform other, related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Two years of accounting-related experience
- Excellent data entry skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or another applicable field is preferred.
