Dr. Baroiant has been a Director at ADM since 2010, and has over 15 years of professional experience. He directs comprehensive research and evaluation services for numerous clients nationwide, including market research, program design, cost benefit analysis, measurement and verification, emerging technology studies, technical services, and professional testimony. He currently manages the California Commercial End-Use Survey, Portfolio Evaluation for four FirstEnergy Operating Companies in PA and two in WV, a comprehensive load shape update project for the California Energy Commission, and a portfolio design project for Public Service Company of Oklahoma. Dr. Baroiant earned his B.S. and Ph.D. in Physics from the University of California at Davis.
