We are evaluating Public Service Company of Oklahoma’s Demand Response Program that achieves demand reduction by reducing loads for participating commercial customers. Oklahoma PSO offered demand response programs in 2012-2018.  We evaluated the 2017 non-residential demand response program through application of various CBL algorithms and customer-specific regressions, and then performing a meta-analysis to combine results of the top three performing baseline load constructs.
